We liked our 2 nights stay. We had a spacious bedroom. It had good facilities, every hotel should provide a laptop safe, central heating and an iron.

The English breakfast offered plenty of dishes. Got complimentary ironing - they really care about guests. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and in a very central location. Also, it was close to Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

Stunningly beautiful and clean place. The staff were pleasant and made my stay a really really nice experience. The superior twin room was fabulous, comfy bed. The hotel had a central location very close to everything. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Pattersons Bar. Buffet breakfast, liked it.

Check in was quick, staff was helpful! Rooms are good sized and the bed is comfortable. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Browns Bar & Brasserie with nice drinks. Besides, we parked at parking nearby.
